There was NO LETTUCE on the salad bar! That's correct.

For bread, there was a container of bread sticks that looked. They were out of mashed potatoes and anything else that previously had. For veggies: corn on the cob, beans ! That was it.corn on the cob or beans. The food was BEYOND DISGUSTING! For a whopping $16 you get your choice: a chicken fried steak patty which they didn't even try to make look like chicken fried steak, 2-day-old-looking dried up chicken wings, dried up BBQ of some sort, taco meat that had seen better days, some mini tacos and some catfish pieces.

The steakhouse was closed so we did the buffet. I loved working with the ones who have good work ethics and were team players!!!! I've never loved a job as much as I did this one.Staff-Excellent! Casino-Above Average! Food-DON'T DO IT! Smoking availability-VERY LIMITED! *Most enjoyable? The team members and the regular patrons!!! I will miss them tremendously. The fact that I loved my job so much made it easy. *Hardest part? can't say there was anything hard about it.

*Co-workers? As a whole, everyone does their job and I loved that about our team. *Management? I've got 20 years experience in that department and I would love to see some of them show more interest in all of the their people, not just certain ones. *What I learned from working at Kiowa Casino is that I loved the regular patrons and the feeling is mutual as they still remain in contact with me. *A typical day for security on my shift was to work with the soft/drop teams every day (except Mon/Wed), provide escorts from the employee window to the necessary departments, escort main bankers to the floor when necessary to work on Kiosks and walk the floor to ensure patrons are following casino policies.
